Day 1 : Delhi -BandhavgarhHolidayspoints staff will receive you at Airport. On day one you will start for Tiger Moon resort to relax and rejuvenated for the trip. Staff will lounge into your Hotel and help you check in at resort. You can relax overnight and get ready for next few days which will be full of excitement and fun.
Day 2 : BandhavgarhDay two, will be dedicated to various spot in Bandhavgarh national park, which are the must see spots, if you are in Bandhavgarh, apart from Tigers. First in this series, will be Chakradhara which is a sprawling meadow, packed with variety of trees, plants, birds, animals and is surrounded by hills. For bird watching enthusiast, there will be a slow drive to Gopalpur . Climbers point will give you a spectacular view of nature’s beauty and Giant Sal trees here seem to welcoming you in the Bandhavgarh wildlife sanctuary trip. Mahamad Pond is again a place you are going to visit same day. This pond is surrounded by clumps of bamboo and also this place gives you the maximum opportunity to witness the herbivores and carnivores at one place.
Day 3 : BandhavgarhDay three is the perfect day to cruise along dense forest and enjoy Bandhavgarh Tiger safari. You can choose anything from elephant to jeep for this jungle safari. Both are equally safe. You are never going to disappoint and will come back with your camera full of pictures of tigers as this place is a fort of tigers and population of tigers here is very high. There is a very high possibility that you will spot a couple of Chital, Sāmbhar, and barking deer, Antelope, blue bull and various other animals to add your excitement. You will be provided a guide for the safari as well.
Day 4 : Bandhavgarh cavesAfter the hilarious experience of day 3, day 4 is the day for caves in Bandhavgarh National park. This park has around 35 man-made caves and each cave is mute testimony of past. Each cave has a marvelous history and a story. “Bari Gufa” is the biggest cave in the reserve dating back to tenth century. All these caves have carving and inscriptions on their wall and are one of the attractions for tourist who visit Bandhavgarh wildlife sanctuary. And at same day you will visit Ketkiha, where the aromatic “kewara” plant, Arjun tree, jamun and lot more give a treat to your eyes and body.
Day 5 : Bandhavgarh fortDay 5 is the day for Bandhavgarh fort. This fort is more than 2500 year old and considered to be the oldest fort in India. This fort gives you a view of biggest meadow of the reserve and also you can see rare insectivores plants Drosera at this place. Three small 12th century temples are again something worth seeing here at this fort. The fort still belongs to maharaja of Rewa but you will get the permission to visit the place as no trip to Bandhavgarh is complete without Bandhavgarh fort.
Day 6 : Places around Bandhavgarh parkWhen you are here at Bandhavgarh , you must once visit the Shikarrgah of Maharahaja of Rewa. This place is filled with stuffed white tigers and also there are some person belongings of maharaja. This Baghel Museum is only 100 meter far from resort. Bhamera Dam and Gharpuri Dam are 20 Km and 10 km far from park respectively, which are best place to watch water birds. 44 Km away from Bandhavgarh national park is Chenpur waterfall.
Day 7 : Bandhavgarh - DelhiOn day seven you can check out from the resort for airport. Till afternoon you will be back to Delhi. Holidayspoints staff will be there to assist you. From here you can board the flight back to your home keeping the reverence of Bandhavgarh with you.
